Operator-Friendly Interface

The Micropower Sharp charger provides a simple, user-friendly interface. Charging status is indicated through a diode system: orange during charging, green when fully charged, and flashing red to signal an error. This intuitive design ensures ease of use for operators in various industrial environments.

Safe Charging

Enhanced Safety Features for Secure Operations

The Sharp charger includes a built-in safety function, requiring a counter voltage from the battery to initiate charging. The output is electronically protected against faulty connections and short circuits.

Additionally, the Sharp charger features adjustable shutoff times, automatically turning off if these limits are exceeded. A soft start mechanism is also integrated, ensuring a gradual increase in power before the charger reaches full output, enhancing both safety and performance.

Technical Overview

Sharp is a versatile and efficient battery charger. Series covers 1-phase and 3-phase chargers, compatible with standard mains voltages. The charger series has capacities up to 10kW and secondary voltage options 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V and 80V. The charger is equipped with up to 3 charging curves depending on model and is compatible with intelligent fleet management systems via Near Field Communication technology (NFC).
