In 2024, we have continued to advance our sustainability strategy, guided by three strategic Environment, Social and Governance focus areas that reflect our long term commitment to responsible growth and innovation:
- Developing and manufacturing high efficiency Lithium-Ion battery systems and charging solutions that reduce environmental impact, support electrification, and contribute to a more sustainable industrial sector.
- Creating and maintaining a responsible, transparent supply chain that upholds human rights, ethical sourcing, and environmental standards throughout every stage of production.
- Empowering our people through continuous training and education, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to drive sustainability, quality, and innovation across all areas of our business.
Sustainability Commitment
At Micropower Group, we are committed to internationally recognized principles of sustainable development: respect for human rights, environmental responsibility, and economic integrity. We implement these principles by aligning our work with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the OECD Guidelines. Our approach includes:
- Adopting a Sustainability Policy Commitment, validated by external experts
- Establishing and maintaining a Due Diligence process in line with UNGP and OECD standards
- Ensuring access to remedy through a Grievance Mechanism (Tell Us Channel) and Whistleblower system
- Structured focus on Environmental, Social and Governance factors (ESG) - see section below.
