Our commitment is reflected in how we manage supplier relationships, use resources responsibly, and engage transparently with stakeholders. Our Code of Conduct for Business Relationships promotes ethical sourcing and environmental accountability across the entire supply chain.

Due Diligence
We follow international standards for responsible business conduct, transparency, and sustainability across our operations and partnerships.
Turning Commitment into Action
Our Impact, Our Responsibility
A responsible business actively identifies and addresses its potential negative impacts on social, environmental, and economic sustainability. As a transparent company, we are committed to documenting our sustainability efforts through regular, operational-level impact assessments.
Read about our due diligence processes below — developed in alignment with international standards.

Due Diligence - Own Operations
In 2024, we carried out our first assessments of the social, environmental, and economic impacts of our business, starting with our largest company Micropower Sweden. We are now working to include sustainability due diligence in all parts of our operations. These assessments help us see where we can improve and where we are already making a positive impact. They also give us a good foundation for making better decisions and tracking our progress.

Due Diligence - Business Partners
Our independence empowers us to choose partners that support our sustainable goals. We expect our business relationships to meet the internationally-agreed minimum standard for managing impacts on sustainability - as defined by the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), for social sustainability, and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises (OECD), for social, environmental, and economic sustainability.
These expectations are outlined in our Code of Conduct for Business Relationships.

Grievance Mechanism
Tell Us & Whistleblower System
Please speak up - we have an open-door culture, and we welcome your input. Reach out to us if you experience adverse impacts - and also with ideas for improving our performance across social, environmental, and economic sustainability.
All communication through our Tell Us channel will be intended for dialogue and will be handled by Sustainability Compliance at Micropower.
If you believe that an adverse impact also constitutes a legal violation and prefer not to raise the grievance directly through the Tell Us reporting channel, you can submit it anonymously via our whistleblower mechanism.

When Do I Use the Tell Us Channel and the Whistleblower System?
The Tell Us channel is a formalized process within Micropower for receiving and resolving complaints from employees, customers, or other stakeholders, focusing on fair outcomes through dialogue or mediation.
The Whistleblower system is a confidential channel for reporting unethical or illegal activities within Micropower, providing protection for the whistleblower against retaliation.
In essence, our grievance mechanism addresses personal or collective workplace disputes or concerns, while the whistleblower system is designed for reporting serious misconduct that could have legal or ethical implications for the organization.
