
Regional Sales Director DACH & Poland
– Germany (remote)
What you will do
As Regional Sales Director, you will play a critical role in setting the commercial direction and leading one of Micropower’s most strategically important regions. You will be responsible for building and guiding a high-performing regional sales organization, with a strong focus on delivering sustainable growth and long-term profitability. This is a senior leadership position where you will define and execute the regional sales strategy, establish budgets, set performance targets, and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Success in this role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution. You will scale the business through structured planning, market expansion, and by cultivating deep and lasting relationships with key customers. In addition to leading your team, you will manage your own strategic accounts, ensuring high-impact sales engagement and customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in shaping partnerships, leading critical negotiations, and working cross-functionally to deliver tailored, scalable solutions that reflect Micropower’s customer-centric approach and support the company’s long-term goal.
What you bring
We look for someone with an exceptional sales drive and an ability to motivate others to increase sales. You have a hands-on approach to sales management, with an ability to translate corporate objectives into actionable regional plans while ensuring operational excellence. With 5 to 10 years of experience in a senior commercial leadership role—ideally within international, OEM-focused technical industries—you are well-versed in managing complex sales cycles and high-value negotiations with key customers and partners.
Your track record includes leading high-impact sales engagements and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to design and deliver tailored, customer-centric solutions. You are a confident communicator and skilled presenter, recognized for your ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships across all levels of an organization. Strategic by nature and self-motivated in execution, you thrive in dynamic environments and bring strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to the table. We believe you hold a degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline and are proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. Fluency in both German and English is essential for this role.
