Micropower Group is experiencing strong growth and is now further strengthening its market leading position by expanding the software team. We are looking for you who want to join in developing our systems and battery chargers in order to maintain our world-leading position and provide our customers with the most competitive solutions.
The work involves independently and in close cooperation with the rest of the team developing controls for Micropower's products as well as communication solutions for the entire system. The software team mainly works with embedded development and is involved in the entire chain from prototype development through testing and verification until the product reaches the production phase.
The R&D organization in Sweden is located in Växjö, Gothenburg and Stockholm. The number of employees in R&D amounts to approx. 130 people, of which approx. 25 in software development and of these, 8 are stationed in Växjö.
Experiences
We believe that the right person has a relevant university education and that little extra when it comes to development. Experience as a software developer of embedded systems with programming language C is a must. Skills in the following areas of communication (bluetooth/radio), CAN, git, Cyber security, Zephyr are meritorious
Good knowledge of English is a requirement.
