Global responsibility
With responsibility to build up, develop and coordinate Micropower's customer commitments regarding service and support issues on behalf of the group. Service and Support is a relatively new unit within the Micropower Group, where the Service Director has a central role in building and developing the unit.

Responsibilities & Tasks
As Service Director, you have a key function and a strategic responsibility for the global Service & Support organization within the Micropower Group, with the aim of ensuring a first-class aftermarket for our customers. The role includes taking overall responsibility for implementing the strategy, developing and building organization, structure, systems, processes and working methods for how Micropower globally can best support its customers and dealers.

The unit is responsible for helping our customers and dealers regarding product issues such as handling, training and solving problems, spare parts, etc.
Since digitized solutions and better utilization of existing IT systems are a central part of the company's change and development journey, it becomes an important task for the Service Director.

Experience & Competence
We believe that the right person has solid experience in aftermarket responsibility, including personnel responsibility, within an industrial manufacturing company. You have built up and developed organization and working methods within service and support with very good results. Your solid experience includes international experience and collaborations with both service partners and customers. As an increased share of Micropower's sales is in the form of OEM, we would like to see experience in organizing a service organization where the primary service is managed by the customer's support organization with back up from the own organization.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement. Driving, customer-focused, direct and clear communication, collaborative and very good analytical are words that describe you.
