This Code of Conduct reflects the fundamental values that define the culture of Micropower. It outlines the standards for how we conduct ourselves — demonstrating presence in our daily work, dedication to our goals, sincerity in our interactions, and responsibility in every decision we make. It sets clear expectations for our behavior and communicates what colleagues, partners, and stakeholders can consistently expect from us as a company.

Code of Conduct - Core Values
Responsibility in Everyday Life
At Micropower, our culture allows us to shape a workplace built on long-term sustainability and responsible practices. We deeply value our people and recognize the vital role each employee plays in upholding our commitments to international standards for responsible business conduct.
These standards focus on the business impact across three key areas: social, environmental, and economic sustainability. They also define clear expectations for how we act and make decisions in our daily work.
The Code of Conduct for Employees (CoCE) sets out what these expectations mean in practice. It is a practical guide to help you, as a Micropower employee, navigate your responsibilities and contribute to a culture of integrity, accountability, and sustainable progress.

- Prevent and denounce discrimination on all discrimination grounds, such as gender, sexual orientation, 'race', color, national origin, ethnicity, religion, language, disability, functional variations, health challenges, age, union- or political affiliation or other status. Tell Us & Whistleblower Mechanism
- Please speak up - we have an open-door culture, and we welcome your input. Reach out to us if you experience adverse impacts - and also with ideas for improving our performance across social, environmental, and economic sustainability.
- Please bring grievances to your immediate manager. If your grievance concerns your immediate manager, then escalate to the level above this role or HR. Or use our Tell Us channel.
- If you suggest that an adverse impact also amounts to a violation of law, are not comfortable raising the grievance directly with management and would prefer to submit your grievance anonymously - our whistleblower mechanism is available to you.
- Micropower Group assures you that grievances brought forward in good faith will not be met with any kind of reprisal.

When Do I Use the Tell Us Channel and the Whistleblower System?
The Tell Us channel is a formalized process within Micropower for receiving and resolving complaints from employees, customers, or other stakeholders, focusing on fair outcomes through dialogue or mediation.
The Whistleblower system is a confidential channel for reporting unethical or illegal activities within Micropower, providing protection for the whistleblower against retaliation.
In essence, our grievance mechanism addresses personal or collective workplace disputes or concerns, while the whistleblower system is designed for reporting serious misconduct that could have legal or ethical implications for the organization.
