
Micropower is an international company headquartered in Växjö, Sweden. With strong in-house expertise, we develop and produce efficient, intelligent lithium-ion batteries, charging systems, and power converters. We operate in Sweden, the USA, Germany, Finland, Italy.
What You’ll Do:
• Drive branding, content creation, and campaign execution across digital platforms
• Manage website and B2B presence to boost visibility and lead generation
• Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives
• Coordinate trade fairs, local campaigns, and events for the North American unit
• Contribute to sector strategy through market intelligence, press releases, and product launch support

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial or technology sectors
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, CRM, SEO, Google Analytics)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing platforms such as GlobalSpec or similar
• Experience in market research and competitive analysis
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
• Basic understanding of technical applications and product marketing.
Additional experience we value:
• Experience with trade show planning and execution is a plus
